Our client, a leader in the manufacturing space, is looking for a seasoned Sales Analytics and CRM Lead with a strategic background in analytics to join their marketing and sales enablement team. If you have experience managing a CRM, acting as an Administrator to the CRM and have a strong Analytics background using Tableau, we want to speak with you! This is a direct hire opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Sales Analytics and CRM Lead Responsibilities: 
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. 
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle. 
  • You will be responsible for determining appropriate fields, requirements, and defining opportunities. 
  • Customer Journey Mapping - analyzing touch points with the organization. 
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company. 
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. 
  • This includes the ability to understand and analyze the buyer’s journey. 
  • You will be ensuring the CRM aligns with the buyer’s journey and the organization has the ability to seamlessly take information from the CRM and appropriately align marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Utilizing Tableau, create reports and run analytics that tell a story along with the CRM. 

Senior Analytics and CRM Manager Requirements/Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of progressive CRM and Analytics Management. 
  • Administrator experience in Salesforce or similar CRM. 
  • Expert level experience with Tableau. 
  • Experience creating fields, contact requirements, and highly customized reports in a CRM tool from scratch.
