The list recognizes the next generation of leaders committed to moving the staffing industry forward.

Ogg has consistently contributed to Cella’s success for more than 15 years, holding a number of roles from entry-level coordinator to her current role as leader responsible for corporate-wide operations. Among Ogg’s personal areas of expertise are the management of enterprise projects and the development of operational processes to support new client solutions. During her tenure at Cella, Ogg assumed a key role in evolving the technology platform for Cella’s marketing automation and CRM, automating as much as possible while simultaneously retaining a human aspect throughout the sales cycle. Her goals were to implement scalable technology, to standardize the sales processes across all lines of business within the organization, and to establish synergies among Sales, Marketing and Operations. Through training and adoption strategies developed by Ogg and her team, Cella reduced the length of its customer acquisition cycle by almost 60 percent within six months.
Ogg also led the creation of Cella’s Employee Experience (EEX) team, an accomplishment that encompassed hiring a team leader, centralizing existing activities, implementing new strategies, and developing a programmatic approach to employee experience. Outcomes from EEX have been very rewarding, both for individual employees and the overall company. The initiative has increased diversity and attracted new hires. During the past year, headcount increased by almost 40 percent, and Cella received its highest employee-satisfaction ratings ever. Looking ahead, Ogg plans to extend some of the programs created for Cella’s internal associates into offerings for the company’s talent stakeholders. To further promote meaningful outreach to talent throughout their employment, Ogg envisions leveraging various technologies; amplifying recent launches of talent nurturing and check-in workflows; and providing the conveniences of [email protected], a self-service and ticketing portal specifically designed to accommodate the needs of talent.
