Our healthcare client is seeking a skilled freelance Presentation & Proposal Designer to refresh and elevate their business development templates, with a specific focus on modernizing their existing "80% decks" used across healthcare pursuits. This role is ideal for a multimedia designer with healthcare industry experience, and a portfolio that reflects sophisticated design, strong layout fundamentals, and an agency-level creative approach.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic design opportunity to influence visual storytelling for clients across Healthcare, Campus, and Corporate Services. The work will span presentation template redesign, light proposal layout work, and periodic design support for events or activations.
Responsibilities:
- Redesign and build presentation templates for Healthcare business development team, improving visual impact, clarity, and consistency.
- Refresh existing slide libraries ("80% decks") to be more polished, user-friendly, and aligned with current brand and design standards.
- Support the creation of sales collateral, client-facing decks, and proposal templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and adapt designs for different audiences or verticals (Healthcare, Campus Services, Corporate Services).
- Balance creativity with utility - ensuring materials are both beautiful and practical for end users to customize.
- Deliver final assets in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, optimized for internal use.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably with advertising or design agency background.
- Portfolio that shows strong presentation design, smart use of space, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Healthcare industry experience required (understanding of healthcare RFPs, hospital clients, etc.)
- Familiarity with proposal formatting or RFP creative layout work is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently, take feedback constructively, and produce clean, high-impact designs.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
