We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Creative Resource Manager to join our client's team and drive operational excellence in resource management within their creative department!

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize insights related to resource utilization.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, producing reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables through comprehensive policies and processes.
- Assist in workforce planning by predicting future staffing needs and identifying potential issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource allocation.
- Work with HR and talent acquisition teams to recruit new talent and maintain relationships with staffing firms.
- Ensure creative team members have necessary tools, software, and technology.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Own and manage resource requests from Project Managers and Creative Teams.
- Proactively engage with resources to understand their skills and aspirations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform resource planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and manage budget allocations.
- Continuously optimize resource management processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience in sourcing and deploying creative workforce.
- Working experience with Workfront software.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- 6+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or program management.
- Understanding of recruitment and selection principles and procedures.
- Ability to use data for strategic workforce decisions and staffing forecasts.
- Highly motivated self-starter with accountability and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate resource needs and align them with project timelines.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
