Compensation Range: $58 - 60 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Creative Resource Manager to join our client's team and drive operational excellence in resource management within their creative department!

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize insights related to resource utilization.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, producing reports and presentations to communicate findings.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables through comprehensive policies and processes.
  • Assist in workforce planning by predicting future staffing needs and identifying potential issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource allocation.
  • Work with HR and talent acquisition teams to recruit new talent and maintain relationships with staffing firms.
  • Ensure creative team members have necessary tools, software, and technology.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Own and manage resource requests from Project Managers and Creative Teams.
  • Proactively engage with resources to understand their skills and aspirations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform resource planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and manage budget allocations.
  • Continuously optimize resource management processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and deploying creative workforce.
  • Working experience with Workfront software.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or program management.
  • Understanding of recruitment and selection principles and procedures.
  • Ability to use data for strategic workforce decisions and staffing forecasts.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with accountability and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate resource needs and align them with project timelines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
