We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our client's team and drive excellence in project execution and delivery!
As the Creative Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects across different lines of business for consumer and local programs. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing projects, crafting custom project plans and timelines, tracking scope and hours for efficiency reporting, and effectively communicating status and risks to senior-level internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in creative development meetings to ensure the final output meets our client's standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage the workflow of multiple projects across various lines of business.
- Craft thoughtful and custom project plans and timelines tailored to the specific needs of each project.
- Manage and track scope and hours for efficiency reporting across a line of business.
- Communicate priorities, risks, and proposed solutions to senior-level internal stakeholders.
- Participate in creative development meetings to ensure the final output aligns with project objectives.
- Provide project management follow-through and ensure accurate delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong aptitude for crafting thoughtful and custom project plans and timelines.
- Proficiency in managing and tracking scope and hours for efficiency reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate priorities, risks, and solutions to senior-level internal stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of our business challenges to provide communications solutions and project management execution.
- Experience participating in creative development meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
