Our client's omnichannel ecosystem is constantly evolving, and we're looking for a Creative Technologist to join their innovative team!
As a Creative Technologist, you'll have the opportunity to work across the entire technical stack, from frontend to backend, to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll leverage your technical expertise to bring novel ideas to life and enhance omnichannel offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive prototypes to explore feasibility and showcase innovative concepts.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, proactively proposing creative solutions.
- Translate high-level creative briefs into custom experiences for Walmart's top sellers.
- Lead the implementation of bespoke solutions, managing stakeholder expectations and assessing risks.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Research technical documentation, APIs, and integrations to drive technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of new technologies, trends, and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technology experience, preferably in-house or at creative agencies, with a track record of launching high-profile projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Expertise in frontend development languages and frameworks, with proficiency in React.
- Proficiency in backend development languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Understanding of mobile app development principles, with knowledge in Swift/Kotlin/Java.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and experimenting with emerging technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating with 3rd-party SDKs and REST-based services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
