We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior CRM Analyst to join our client's team.
In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, direct marketing, and business intelligence tools to shape marketing strategies through data-driven insights. Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure measurable results.
- Lead analytics-driven marketing initiatives by translating data into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with marketing analytics data platform vendors to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and disseminate Business Intelligence reports to key stakeholders.
- Oversee direct mail circulation strategy and analytic reporting, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Translate business requests into actionable insights and analytics.
- Generate marketing analytics reports for multi-channel campaigns, focusing on customer key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with external database vendors to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct thorough review and audit of reports and analyses for accuracy and relevance.
- Learn and apply new software systems to enhance analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Math, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting consumer marketing with business intelligence insights and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for PowerBI, PowerBI Reporting, and SQL.
- Excellent understanding of relational databases and database analysis skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing tactics and strategies.
