We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our client, an internal agency within a leading technology company. You will drive digital programs and oversee campaigns from end to end, content marketing, and social media marketing. This is a direct hire opportunity that sits onsite in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Plan calendar for and execute integrated campaigns across the digital team leveraging web, social media, emails, podcasts, blogs and videos. 
  • Drive the creative development process and develop creating briefs for digital campaigns. 
  • Work directly with internal/external teams ensuring deliverables are implementing digital best practices and are in line with the need. 
  • Drive content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion goals - requires a content orchestrator mindset that helps strategize, plan and execute on audience-centric content. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive content creation including but not limited to blogs, articles, podcasts, and videos. 
  • Must understand SEO, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. 
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis. 
  • Help develop social media strategy for internal purposes and conference channels and internal employee advocacy program. 
  • Help in maintaining company-wide social media guidelines. 
  • Provide leadership to the social media specialist and assist hands-on as needed for social media operations on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. 

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements: 
  • Must have 5-7 years of a proven track record for managing digital campaigns, social media and content marketing program preferably for global B2B organizations. 
  • Brief and oversee campaigns with external agencies (work with agencies and partners, negotiate contracts and agreements, track expenses and find creative ways to increase efficiency within budgets.)
  • Act as a champion of brand standards. 
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, manage, analyses and report on KPIs with the business acumen to make recommendations. 
  • Experience with Wrike (project management), Kapost (Content Marketing), Social Media Platforms (HootSuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), and Google Analytics.
